The location is perfect for exploring Florence, just minutes from the train station. The walls were thin, making it noisy at night.

The staff were super friendly and outstandingly accommodating, it was a bonus. The location was favourable with a tram station walk from the accommodation...

The breakfast offered was delicious and enjoyable. The room itself was new-fashioned, bright and had the things we needed. Hotel's location was magnificent and good as it was walk from the train station...

Consider requesting a specific room type in advance. The newly renovated rooms on the third floor are beautiful with modern amenities.

my well-appointed and spotless room had central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television. location: the hotel was not far from the train station and the main sights and the duomo and central florence. plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

well priced hotel, great base for a day tour. delicious and wonderful breakfast to start the day with cappuccino, cheese plus fruits. magnificent, amazing location next to the main attractions and many restaurants to choose from and local bus stops. again, 10 minutes walk from an unfinished basilica.

Some issues arose . The hairdryer was unreliable, shutting off after limited use and needing constant attention. The shower had little water pressure. Bathroom amenities were scarce and not easily accessible, which caused inconvenience. Breakfast options felt limited, with no one informing guests about additional options available, leaving us to wonder if we missed something. This felt dismissive of past feedback from guests.

The hosts Marco and Susanna were really nice . From providing personalized itineraries to arranging effortless transportation, their really good care. Plus, the breakfast spread was a good surprise, with homemade specialties like tiramisu and customizable hot omelettes that set this place apart!

I almost thought about giving a nice review, but the locking toilet door incident was inexcusable. Breakfast was abysmal, with packaged items and no one informing us of the eggs option! With my level of sophistication, i expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles. I guess that kind of service is too much to ask. Gross standards.

The breakfast room is lovely, crammed with tasty options 🍽️ Our room was comfortable. A quiet spot to rest. Only downside was the tiny shower-definitely a tight fit.

Excellent location just a short walk from the train station and close to a vibrant market. Rooms are beautifully decorated, and the breakfast-with fresh fruit and cooked omelets-is good. The owners are warm and cute. A perfect retreat after exploring the city!

Fantastic location, just a short walk to the train station and close to the Duomo. Room nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the neighbor's garden. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of breads, pastries, cheeses, and fresh fruits. Very clean environment and attentive service from the friendly hosts. Not having a proper breakfast option and limited information about available items was a bit disappointing. The occasional noise from other guests disturbed the quiet vibe. A solid choice for exploring Florence!
